The CMB 3400 Die Necker is a multi-stage die necking machine, capable of producing cans at up to 3400 per minute.
240 degrees of process time leads to significantly reduced machine dynamics that result in an increase in component life, lower machine costs and less downtime.
The machine is provided in the form of standard units, allowing customer flexibility in the number of units per machine. Additional machine units can be added at a later date if required.
A flanging stage is available to fit into a standard unit, using established CMB flanging technology.
A light tester stage and a base reforming stage are also available as additional units.
